Errors are maintenance events, not history to erase.
Anyone can report a factual, accessibility, security, licensing, or reproducibility issue. Confirmed material issues receive a public correction and linked release receipt.

- Acknowledge and classify
- Quarantine harmful automation
- Check every affected locale and machine record
- Prepare corrected evidence and tests
- Publish or explain the disposition

Record
The correction entry identifies what changed, why, when, the affected artifacts, reviewer, and receipt. Substantive dates change only when content changes substantively.
